Fishing on the forgotten coast is heating up as the temperatures fall. Redfish are patrolling the flats eager to eat a jig, spoon or well placed fly. Dodging weather has been the hardest part of fishing this fall, winds and rain have been erratic. But when the conditions line up, Forgotten Coast fishing is on fire.

Seasons are changing and it's time to turn our focus back to redfish. Early season scouting has been on fire with plenty of fish around. If this September's action is any indication of what fall redfishing on the forgotten coast is going to look like, it will be amazing. Double digit days with upper slot fish has been the norm for the last two weeks.
