So, my boys and I had a fun time fishing! However, the reason I give this five star review for Jackpot sport fishing is primarily because of the professionalism of Captain Benn. Here’s the backstory… Benn’s boat had severe engine failure two days before our scheduled trip. So, Benn informed ...Read More us of this and let us know he had been able to secure us a trip on another boat. He also told us to meet him at the Marina the morning of the trip and he would introduce us to the captain of the other boat. That morning Benn was already waiting on us, and informed us that the alternate boat had also experienced engine trouble, but that he now had secured a third boat(Much larger) which usually booked for $2K per day for the same price we would have paid him. Benn also sat with us until all was set and we were on our way. He went out of his way to make sure my (3) sons and I had a great experience! Thank you Captain Benn! John (Vero Beach, Florida) P.S. Thanks captain and crew of the Caribsea for a great day!!
Weather and some finicky fish stopped us from an excellent day aboard the the Good Day but still landed some nice fish including my first sail. That’s not to say the experience wasn’t excellent! Owner/mate Benn walked us through every step… from bait, to spreaders, to teasers, to tactics. I’ve ...Read More been out a few times before and was impressed. I will be going back to Costa Rica and will call Benn and the Good Day first!
