To hook these fish, you will be mostly fishing the inshore bays and flats in the King's Bay area. These flats are a perfect place to practice sightcasting to tailing Reds, so bring your A-game. There is nothing more rewarding than spotting, stalking, and making a perfect cast to an unsuspecting fish. The rush of that hook set is an experience you won't soon forget. Captain Leon is adept at teaching new fishermen these techniques, so whether you're a seasoned veteran looking for your next trophy or a beginner looking to learn the ropes, Captain Leon will work his hardest to make sure you have the best possible experience out on the water!
You'll fish from the deck of his 21' Carolina Skiff bay boat—an ideal vessel for these waters. She's powered by a 115 HP Yamaha, so you'll be on fish smoothly and comfortably. Everything for your trip is included, but you're more than welcome to bring any of your own gear if you like. Otherwise, all you need to bring are your favorite snacks and drinks, and Captain Leon will take care of the rest!
Captain Leon was born and raised in Florida. If he isn't on the water, he is in the woods. After spending years on the water, he decided he wanted to become a captain. In 2014, Capt. Leon took that road and became a fishing guide.

Your Outfitter
This trip is managed by an outfitter. Leon will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.
Payment & Tipping
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The deposit for this trip is non-refundable (but if the weather is too bad to go out, you will still receive a refund).

Had a ton of fun with Captain Leo. Beautiful country side to boat along. Captain had us out on the falts in no time. We boated a ton of fish. We caught trout, pinfish, lizardfish, spanish mackerel, ladyfish, and catfish. Was a productive day and we saw a few manatee.
...Read More We where recommended to eat at Seafood sellar and Cafe. They cooked up our fish and everything was delicious, plus it’s only 2 minutes from the dock. Would not hesitate to fish again with Captin Leo. He worked hard and stayed longer then intended to get us on fish. Looking forward to doing this again. Happy New Year!
