Since his youth, Billy has been fishing in the bass ponds of Maryland and all along the Eastern Shore. He remembers fondly navigating out of Ocean City, Maryland as a teenager, catching Bluefish by the 55-gallon drum.

Billy attended High Point University in North Carolina on a soccer scholarship and, after earning his four-year degree, he came to Florida to begin his business career.
