About Your Trip

Jetties are man-made underwater structures designed to break waves, protect harbors, and create calm areas for ships to dock. They're usually made by stacking concrete blocks on the ocean floor, which coincidentally provides perfect habitat for a wide variety of fish species. If you're looking to catch a big fish close to shore, the jetties off of Jacksonville, FL are a perfect place to do so!
