Captain Jarad aka "Dingo"specializes in Florida fly fishing and light tackle trips for species including Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Permit, Bonefish, Triple Tail, Jack Crevalle, False Albacore, Barracuda, Snapper, Peacock Bass, Clown Knife Fish and Large Mouth Bass.
His passion for fishing is contagious and he readily tailors his trips to clients' skill levels and desires. While his Jupiter, Florida home waters of the Loxahatchee River boast some of the best Snook and Tarpon fishing worldwide, he's regularly ventures out in his 18' Chittum Skiff to Biscayne Bay, Everglades National Park, and the Florida Keys.
Captain Jarad is an engaging and charismatic Aussie who loves spreading his knowledge of the sport. Be sure to ask him about his extensive library of fish stories, from 9 summer in Kona Hawaii chasing "Grander" (1,000 pound plus) Blue Marlin, to chasing various species across New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Ghana, Bermuda, Ocean City, Maryland, Cape Hatteras, the Florida Keys, Texas, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, the Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Panama and Costa Rica.
In 1998, Dingo was a part of the team to release the most Black Marlin caught on IGFA Fly tackle with 5 releases in a single day. In 2005 Dingo helped the owners of Southern Exposure take their 58 ft Jarret Bay from Hatteras to Bermuda and win the Bermuda Triple Crown. One of the Blue Marlin that lead them to victory was one of a double header and weighed in at 1023 pounds. In 2006 Dingo fished on Cristal Clear for the Billfish Extreme Release League and was broadcasted on ESPN. His talents in angling and teasing fish helped lead the team to a second place finish in the seven month long offshore tournament. Recently his travels have taken him to Nova Scotia fishing for Giant Bluefin Tuna. With over twenty releases of Giant Bluefin Tuna up to 1200#. Dingo has been involved with the capture of 153 Marlin between 700 and 1300 pounds. 25 of those over the magic 1000 pounds.
