Captain Dino's half-day daytime options can be combined with his dockside nighttime adventures to create the full-day ultimate inshore sight-fishing opportunity. This means that a portion of the trip can be spent fishing the flats, inlets, nearshore, and even offshore waters (weather permitting), and then finished off by heading to the canals and inlet docks to hit hungry fish under the lights! In addition to Snook, don’t be surprised if you hook Jacks, Lookdowns, Ladyfish
... Read More or an occasional Redfish or Snapper.
How it works:
Like moths to a light, baitfish gather in schools under dockside lanterns and specialty bulbs. And where there's bait... you know there's gonna be bigger fish looking to snag an easy meal. Snook are especially prone to feasting under the lights, along with Jacks, Lookdowns, the occasional Redfish and Snapper, and even Tarpon when they're migrating through.
Usually, after you catch one or two fish out from under the lights, the spot is blown up, but luckily there are plenty of dock lights to explore in the Jupiter area!
Captain Dino encourages you to bring your own gear, but he can also provide you with all the rods, reels, tackle, flys, and instructions you need to get on the fish. Please note: Flyfishing is a techniques that really improves with practice. Captain Dino can provide all the necessary tips, advice, and lessons to help you out, but practicing your cast in the days leading up to the trip is always a great idea to improve your chances of hooking into your next trophy fish!
About Your Guide
Outfitter
Growing up in New York, Dino was introduced to fly fishing by his Dad, who went after trout and steelhead. After guiding for ten years out of Staten Island and consistently putting his customers on hungry Striped Bass, False Albacore, Bonito, and Bluefish, Dino moved to Jupiter, Florida in 2003. He was compelled to pick up where he left off, and began guiding fly fishing customers both inshore and offshore, full-time.
Regardless of whether you want to target inshore species like Snook, Tarpon and Jacks
... Read More in the Loxahatchee and Indian River estuaries, or would rather head toward the Gulfstream for some screaming fun with False Albacore, Mahi-Mahi or Blackfin Tuna, Dino has the boats, fly tackle and knowledge necessary to guarantee that you will have a safe and unforgettable experience on the water.

Getting out on the water with Dino was an awesome experience. He provided extensive instruction on both casting and fish tendencies. Not to mention the pristine gear, and more importantly, some belly laughs. Highly recommend for any fly fishing experiences in the greater Jupiter/Palm Beach areas.
