We will be fishing within an hour from the inlet. We will be bottom fishing for snapper or during the summer months trolling for kingfish.
Born and raised in St. Augustine, Captain Dalton has been fishing in the Saint Augustine area since he was 3 years old. His life has always revolved around fishing and was absolutely hooked after winning the junior angler category in a local tournament. This is why he strongly encourages young kids to join in on fishing trips to start learning and loving the sport at an early age. He and his father would go offshore fishing almost every weekend, weather permitting. This helped develop his fishing knowledge, improve his technique and familiarity with the Saint Augustine fishery. Not only did he learn from his father, but also from various captains, who provided advice along the way.
