Captain Larry knows how to get you on the Trout and Redfish in Copano and Mesquite bay! He likes to fish the grassy flats and back lakes using topwater baits, wakebaits, and Downsouth lures to find fish. He's also experienced at wading and drifting these flats and backwater lakes, so whatever suits your fancy, Captain Larry can make it happen. Casting and retrieving these artificials is a lot of fun and makes each strike that much more exciting! This area holds trophy Trout in the 30-inch range and big-time Redfish, and these big fish can't resist the temptation to whack a shiny, twitchy artificial lure that enters their territory. Bring your waders if you're into stalking these fish on foot, your food and drinks of choice, and get ready for an awesome day of inshore sportfishing with Captain Larry! Read More

Head out of Galveston for a phenomenal day out on the water with Captain Reggie! On this trip, you'll drift-fish over shelves, underwater structure, and secret "honey holes" that Captain Reggie has identified over his many years fishing the Galveston area. Depending on your goals for the day, you can target Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder and Sheepshead—to name just a few. This trip is also a great chance to go for a "Texas Grand Slam" or a "Texas Triple" by catching a Redfish, a Trout, and a Flounder in one day! No matter which species you choose to pursue, Captain Reggie is a pleasure to share a boat with. He's happy to work with box experts and beginners alike, and loves showing "greenhorns" the wonders of saltwater fishing. His knowledge of the Galveston waterways makes him a great captain and an even better teacher, for beginners to experienced anglers! Captain Reggie provides all the rods, reels, tackle, and bait you could possibly need for a successful day slaying the fish. All you need to do is meet Captain Reggie at the dock. Please remember your sun protection, your cooler with snacks and drinks, and your Texas Fishing License. Captain Reggie will take it from there and ensure you have a fantastic day on the water! Join Captain Pat on the flounder gigging trip of a lifetime! Captain Pat is offering 4 hour nighttime Flounder Gigging trips out of Port O'Connor, Texas for up to 5 anglers. Flounder fishermen often say that a slow night of gigging is better than a slow day of rod and reel fishing. Flounder gigging is a primitive yet exciting form of fishing where lights on the front of the boat illuminate the shallow bay floor to reveal the outline or the red eyes of the flounder below. You then use a forked spear - a flounder gig - to secure your catch! Try your hand at this awesome form of fishing that's sure to bring hours of entertainment. My son and I went out with Rueben and had a great time. It was a windy day and the fish weren’t initially biting but he took us to a bunch of different spots and we hauled in a few redfish. He was a great role model for my son who wants to be a fishing guide someday. Would definitely go out with him again.

What an outstanding time that we had with Captain Mike. This was our very first time boat fishing and we had done so at the request of my son for his 17th birthday. Captain Mike was incredibly accommodating, very easy to communicate with and more importantly knowledgeable when it comes to fishing. He was incredibly patient, taught each person in our group of four how to properly cast and really made sure that we had a good time (and also made sure we caught our limit, I have no doubt he would have stayed out there all day to make it happen.) I'm new at this but I am sure this is the type of experience you hope for with this sort of activity. Book this gut y'all. I PROMISE you that you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Captain Mike for a memorable experience!!!!!

Trey was very accomidating and helpful throughout the trip. There wasn't a whole lot of fish that day (as was the case for the other boats), but we still managed to catch what we needed. Trey also gave us a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant to have our fish cooked. Thanks Trey! Tip well deserved!
