If fishing the Gulf Coast is your thing, take your trip to the next level with Captain Bryan! He grew up in Gulfport, and has been fishing in Biloxi for more than a decade now, making him a true expert when it comes to Mississippi Gulf Coast fishing....Read More
On this 3/4-day trip, you'll start by exploring the inshore water right in Biloxi Bay, and then head out to the barrier islands, where you'll be able to bottomfish for some of the best species the Gulf has to offer. In the bay, you'll target classics like Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Flounder on light tackle, while in the barrier islands you'll go after Jack Crevalle, Blacktip Sharks, Pompano, and Sheepshead, in addition to big bull Reds.
To catch these species, you'll use several different techniques. Inshore, you'll most use light tackle cast-and-retrieve tactics, as well as drift fishing. Nearshore, you'll focus on bottomfishing to draw big bites. You'll also use some cut bait, which Captain Bryan will help you rig. Whatever species you want to target, let your captain know and he'll be happy to get you on 'em.
You'll fight the fish from Captain Bryan's 26' Nauticstar center console, a fishing machine that's built to conquer everything from inshore to offshore water. She's solid fiberglass, and runs a 300 HP Yamaha engine to get you out there on the double. In addition, she has extra amenities including live wells for bait and a stereo!
Captain Bryan will provide everything you need for an epic trip, including rods, reels, baits, and tackle. We recommend that you bring proper clothing, a hat, sunscreen, and a cooler with some snacks and drinks. Get out there and hook a personal best!
Captain Bryan was born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi. He now lives in Biloxi, and is a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast!...Read More
As a child, his dad would take him and him fishing during the summers. They fished a lot, and caught a lot of fish. When he was old enough to drive, he drove down to the pier and tried to get hooked up. In fact, fishing as a teenager was what kept him out of trouble! Today, he considered fishing his dream job.
Captain Bryan has been professionally guiding now for more than 13 years. In his words, "I’m excited to go to work everyday. Of course, when you love what you do it takes the word 'work' out of it. I believe you should always treat people the way you want to be treated. I also believe that’s the key to success. People always ask me how I got into this business? Well it’s a long story, book a trip and I will be glad to share it with you!"
