Shark Trips

Had a great morning with captain Mike. He put us onto big, keeper trout from the start. Had our limit by the end of our first hour and a half on the water. We ended up releasing over half a dozen specks that were much bigger than any I had ...Read More caught before today. Added half a dozen flounder, a huge sheepshead, a keeper red, and several reds that were a fraction of an inch below the slot. Thanks for a great day with my son, and hope to see you in a few months for that shark fishing trip we talked about.

Capt Mike hands down is THE nicest guy. He took care of everything in advance. We pulled up hopped on and bam we were off. They were hitting nicely but only kept two that were of size. Caught a few nice flounder, and a few 5-6 lb Sheep Head. Those fought nicely. Capt Mike knee his stuff. Baited the hook even though I didn’t need him to. Heck my son broke one of his poles and he was super chill about it. No guarantee of fish…but the probability goes way up with Capt Mike. He needs to name his boat though!

We had a great time and experience with Captain Mike. He put us on the fish and worked non stop to keep our lines baited and in the water.
