Now he has been guiding folks around for over 11 years. From drifting in the boat with lures or live bait, to wade fishing shallow flats he can do whatever it takes to catch them, you just got to book a trip first.
The trip with Blake who works with Galveston Trophy Charters was excellent. Blake was easy going and knowledgeable about where the fish were at. Overall it was a great trip! We highly recommend Blake in the future!
Holy crap what a trip! I’ve been on a countless number of charters in my life and by far this was the best one. In a 4 hour span, I would say we were on fish for pretty much the whole time. We maxed out on trout, caught a massive drum, caught plenty of species of fish and had a red (2 got away). Captain Blake was extremely helpful, very nice and had spots that I never knew even existed. We are only using Captain Blake from here on out. Great job Blake!
We had a really great time with Galveston Trophy Charters half day trip. We set out at 6:30am with Captain Blake Sartor who was there ready and waiting with everything we needed for the trip. We took off immediately and went to a few places where the fish were biting constantly. There was never a dull moment. Blake is a great guy, knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommended!
I booked a morning trip with Blake while on vacation from Kansas City on Oct. 17. Blake had me catching Flounder within 15 minutes of arriving at our first stop. The weather was rough & cool, so we couldn’t fish the Bay. We fished the Harbor to stay out of the wind. I forgot how many fish we caught (I elected to catch & release) in 4 hours & it was a blast! I’m an experienced freshwater angler, so I want to thank Blake for teaching me some new tricks & some great conversation. I’ll be back.
