Come down to the Rio Grande Valley to experience some of the best Dove hunting Texas has to offer! Your outfitter, Arnold, manages close to 17,000 acres down here and has miles of planted crops and food to draw legions of White-Winged Doves and Mourning Doves from across the Mexico border....Read More
Hunts will be from 12 noon till dark for the first 2 weekends of the season. After the 14th of September, hunts will be all day! You'll be hunting over sunflower fields, sesame fields, and grain fields, all depending on where the doves happen to be that day. Arnold follows the dove from shoot to shoot, pinpointing the fields they flock to and getting you positioned in the right spot for a successful hunt.
You will need to bring your own shotgun, shells, and hunting licenses to be able to participate. Beer is welcome in—moderation of course—and don't forget to dress in dull or tan colors (Jeans and camouflage are ideal). You are more than welcome to stand the whole hunt, but you can also bring seats for you and your group as well if you would like to take a load off.
Captain Arnold has been fishing the Laguna Madre and Falcon Reservoir for over 30 years, and he knows the hot spots better than almost anyone. His trips are a blast for families and experienced anglers alike, so get out there with him and see what South Texas has to offer!...Read More
Arnold also leads top-tier Dove hunts in Southeast Texas. He provides everything you need for an awesome day of wingshooting!
