Interests: Open Letter from Captain Jim I am a very competitive person and I like to win when it comes to Fishing, Roping, and Dove Hunting. I promise to you that I will bring that competitive nature to your fishing adventure. My number one goal will be to put you on Fish, and to give you guidance on how to catch those fish. Our main goal will be to chase Redfish, but as you can see from the pictures we catch lots of Trout also. Thank you, Captain Jim Garrison

Bio: Captain Jim Garrison was born in Mission, Texas and grew up in Kyle, Texas, on a 3,000 acre working cow/calf ranch. As soon as he was old enough, he was out and about with friends hunting and fishing on his parents and friends ranches. As soon as he was old enough to ride horseback, he was calf roping and team roping. Captain Jim got hooked on saltwater fishing 17 years ago and never looked back. He soon bought a boat there afterwards. He is on the water an average of 2 to 4 days out of each week, fishing the back bays from Port O'Connor Texas, Seadrift and Rockport Texas. His expertise fishing including fishing Espirito Santo bay, all the way to Aransas bay. Jim will guide and fish on the average of 10 to 15 fishing tournaments a year, including "Babes on the Bay", "Babes on Baffin" and other major redfish tournament events. Captain Jim has been a member of the Coastal Conservation Association for 19 years. He regularly donates free fishing trips to various local organizations and has been a board member for the Hays County CCA for 5 years. Other organizations he is involved with is Ducks Unlimited and the NRA. Captain Jim is currently running a 22 foot Triton Bay Flight tunnel Hull with a Mercury 200 Hp outboard motor. His boat is loaded with all the required safety gear, including adult and children life jackets, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.
