Head out with Captain Robert Yarborough to wade the mudflats and back bay nooks and crannies chasing trophy trout and redfish around Rockport! On this trip, you can expect to wade fish and throw artificials at tailing fish as well as into the honey holes Capt. Roberts has already scoped out. Captain Roberts prefers this method because it gives you the opportunity to hit the best spots multiple times and gives you the best looks at trophy size fish. Trout numbers are fewer in this area, but generally are bigger in size if you find one on the end of your line. The redfish are abundant and large and you can expect to have a lot of good opportunities on them!
Captain Roberts is offering catch-and-release only this year due to a drop in the overall fish population but if you're looking to hook into trophy fish, Captain Roberts is your guy!
Furthermore, Captain Roberts will take care of everything for your full or have day trip: rods, reels, and artificial bait are all provided and food and drink can be coordinated with him directly. So all you need to bring is your Texas fishing license and a pair of sunglasses, Captain Roberts will take care of the rest!
