Full day or Half-day Fishing Trip

Captain William "W.J." Rust has been fishing the Galveston Bay Complex for 20+ years. He started fishing from the beachfront in the late 90's while attending Texas A&M in College Station, TX.

Captain William would make weekend trips with long surf rods sticking out the back of his pickup to find a fishy looking spot on the beach to set up for a long day of fishing.

Captain W.J. has come a long way since his early days of beachfront fishing. After moving to the Galveston area in 2007, he spent thousands of hours on the water learning anything and everything he could about the Galveston Bay system.

Now he fishes across Galveston Bay using artificial and natural baits hunting down speckled trout, redfish, and flounder. At Bull Tide Guide Service, Captain William specializes in wade and drift fishing with artificial and natural baits for speckled trout, redfish, and flounder!
