Robert proudly leans on over 30 years of experience as a Falcon Lake Bass fishing guide. He and his wife live full-time in Zapata, TX, and he's seen the lake and bass patterns change dramatically throughout his years.
Located 40 miles east of Laredo, Falcon Lake is a reservoir along the Rio Grande River. Surprisingly, lake sinks to 110 feet deep at the dam, and covers a 83,654 acre surface area according to Robert.
The lake rests along the Texas / Mexico border and is known for coughing up legendary Largemouth Bass. The current lake rod and reel records are 15.63 pounds and 28 inches long for Falcon Largemouth Bass, 60 pounds and 44 inches long for Blue Catfish, 29.90 pounds and 37 inches long for Flathead Catfish!
For your shot at a record breaker, Robert provides all rods, reels, line, hooks, weights and plastics (no hard baits).

My husband, Joe and Tom Moore went out today with Robert. Oh my gosh even with light rain and cold had a blast. Lots of fishing time, lots of tips, and advice on where to fish. Can't wait to go out fishing tomorrow and use lessons they learned! Worth every penny.
