About Your Trip

Gulf Shores one of the most beautiful places on the Alabama coast, and it was has the rich fishery to match! There's no better way to experience all that this amazing area has to offer than an offshore trip with Captain Randall! He's been fishing this area for more than fifteen years, and has a deep knowledge of the Gulf of Mexico, from the inshore to offshore waters.

On this trip, you'll be chasing premier sportfish species, including Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Yellowfin Tuna! These fish are top-of-the-foodchain pelagic predators, and they put up some of the toughest fights on this side of the Atlantic. Get ready for powerful runs, deep dives, and jumps that would put acrobats to shame. In addition, these fish are some of the best table fare out there, whether you opt to sear them on the grill, make fish tacos, or serve them raw as sashimi.

In order to get bit, you'll troll bait and lures at various depths to attract both topwater fish like Mahi Mahi and deeper-water species such as Yellowfin. You can relax while the lines go out, but keep an eye on the rods—you don't want to miss a bite!

Captain Randall runs his offshore fishing adventures aboard his 30' Contender center console, a badass boat built to tackle anything the Gulf can throw at you. She sports a 200-HP Yamaha engine for maximum speed, and is kitted out with amenities to improve your fishing. That includes live wells for your bait, an ice box for your keepers, and more!

Captain Randall will supply all the essentials, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle. All you've gotta bring along is sunscreen, proper clothing, sunglasses, and a good attitude. What are you waiting for?

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

The deposit for this trip is non-refundable (but if the weather is too bad to go out, you will still receive a credit back to your account).

If the weather doesn’t cooperate you’ll be covered by our 100% weather guarantee and you won’t lose your deposit.

Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
