About Your Trip

Based out of Fort Lauderdale, Captain Brett is your top choice for Snook and Tarpon trips in South Florida. Captain brett specializes in wrestling with these Silver King and Big Snook. His charter is equipped to give you a fishing experience of a lifetime and will go the extra mile to ensure your success. Nothing makes him more excited than getting his clients hooked up with these epic fish! His trips are listed at 4 hours, but he's the kind of captain that doesn't watch his watch. He's there to make sure you get your shots on fish, and if that means staying out an extra hour you know he's all about it! This trip is a little more action-oriented, but children and families are still welcome, and we encourage anglers of all skill levels to join Captain Brett to feel the power of a full-grown Tarpon, you won't soon forget it!!

As you climb aboard the 22' Sterling, be sure to have adequate sun protection like a hat, polarized sunglasses, sun block, and maybe even a light long sleeve shirt. The 250HP Suzuki engine makes for a smooth ride amongst the swamp, and the vessel comes equipped with a cooler to store your prize trophies. Captain Brett will provide all the light tackle as well as live and artificial bait. Also– don't forget your camera! The Everglades is one of the richest biological environments in the world and you're sure to see some interesting species beyond the massive Bass on the end of your line.

Captain Brett provides everything for your charter from rods and reels, to ice and water. All you need to bring are your favorite snacks and other soft drinks, and your sun protection. Polarized sunglasses can be a huge help as well!

I have a mixed review regarding Captain Brett. The night before our trip was to begin, he called to inform us that we needed a Florida fishing license. The description of the trip specifically said that no Florida license was required because the captain would have one for the entire ...Read More

Captain Britt was great! By far the most knowledgeable fishing guide we have ever had. Ask to target peacock bass and on my third cast had one in the boat. In total we put 50+ fish in the boat in 6hrs. Had a great time, Thanks captain Britt!
