About Your Trip

If you've ever wanted to go after the biggest, baddest gamefish that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, then this trip is your ticket. There is no better opportunity to take a crack at all of the best-known offshore species, including Yellowfin Tuna, Blue Marlin, Swordfish, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo. These lightning-fast pelagic predators are world-famous for a reason—they fight harder and fight longer than almost all other species, and should be on any self-respecting saltwater angler's lifetime bucket list. Captains John and Martha are true offshore specialists, and they know better than anyone how to put you on trophy fish and help you land them. If you don't believe us, just take a look at their pictures, and see for yourself the giants they're catching!

On this trip, you'll primarily be trolling a variety of baits and lures, looking to attract fast-moving fish such as Wahoo, Tuna, and Marlin. There are also opportunities for bottomfishing as well, if you're interested in catching delicious eating fish such as Tilefish and Red Snapper, or photo-worthy prizewinners such as Red Grouper and Amberjack.

You'll be chasing these fish aboard a 40' Invincible catamaran—an ideal vessel for comfort, performance, and speed! In the words of the boat manufacturer, "Sea-keeping ability is our objective with the 40’. We created a boat that would tear through seas from any direction, while still being able to maneuver turns at high speeds. It was designed to go far in less than optimal running conditions." She's powered by four 300 HP engines, so you'll be on the fish in a hurry! Your Captain will come prepared with everything you need for a great day, including top-of-the-line rods, reels, bait, and tackle. Most importantly, John and Martha are genuine expert in their home waters and will do everything they can to get you hooked up on a personal best! Bring along proper clothing, sunscreen, and a pair of polarized sunglasses to maximize your time on the water.
