About Your Trip

You’ll head 25-50 miles offshore to deep drop bottom rigs and or jig offshore structures to target mutton snapper, gag and scamp grouper, red snapper(seasonal), King Mackerel, barracuda, african pompano, cobia, amberjack, shark, triggerfish, and many more!

All charters are aboard Captain Matt's 30' Contender center console powered by twin 250 hp Suzuki engines. This trip can handle up to 5 people, but just so you know, this trip can be heavily dependent on wind and sea conditions

Captain Matt will get you all set up with top-of-the-line fishing gear with spinning and conventional gear available. Your license is provided along with all bait and tackle but feel free to bring along your own if you prefer.

The boat comes loaded with bottled water and plenty of ice and cooler space for your use. You need only bring food and any other beverages you wish. Alcoholic beverages are permitted but overindulgence is obviously not tolerated for safety reasons.

**First Mate** Zach has been fishing the South Carolina waters for years. He specializes in all types of fishing, especially flounder gigging. Fishing is his passion. Having three children of his own, he is great with teaching kids how to fish. No matter your age, Zach will be there to assist with your catch and provide tips and techniques for all.

**First Mate** Tony has experience fishing all over the country. Seasoned in bottom fishing and west coast style fishing, Tony brings his knowledge to the east coast and is more than qualified to put fish in the boat.

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.
Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
