One of my best teachers was Wade Dunkin from Harlingen Texas. My first hunting and fishing job was from Harlingen National Bank Dial Dunkin and Associates where we fished and deep south Texas Northern Mexico . Those guys were pros and they just brought me along I got lucky but I love to teach other people to fish I love kids and people that's kind of how I got my start .

I love cooking and catching fish, fishing is in my blood and I love to teach others how to fish. Whether you're a seasoned angler, a vacationer looking to experience prime South Texas fishing, or a beginner, fishing the bountiful Texan waters with Captain Cliff is an adventure you'll never forget. The captain is a six-pack charter captain with a US Coast Guard license and decades of angling experience. Had a great time with Cliff. We requested to catch Trout and he put us on them right away. Very knowledgeable and willing to share information on how to catch the target species.

Response from Cliff:

Thank you for the outstanding review. I hope you will return soon. Happy safe travels back to the Great State of Wisconsin!

Our day with Cliff was great. Our group was two dads with 2 seven year olds. The kids had the best time. They each caught a few fish and he was incredibly patient and kind with them as they learned. We will be back.

Response from Cliff:

Thanks for the touching review the kids were the highlight of the trip. I hope you can make it back soon!

We vet our guides to make sure they are the best of the best. We want guides who not only put you on 'em, but show you a great time, keep you safe, and give you a memorable experience with your group.
Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
Once you book the trip, we will connect you directly with the guide to go over any additional details. In the meantime, our team is always available to answer your questions via email, text, chat, or call!
