Head out with Captain Kevin for an inshore charter adventure off of Virginia Beach for popular species including Striper, Sea Bass, Bonnethead Sharks, Spadefish, and more!

There are also a plethora of different Shark species that swim in the coastal waters surrounding Virginia Beach and the Chesapeake Bay during the summer months, including Hammerheads, Bull Sharks, Tiger Sharks, and more!

Because of its mild climate, Virginia Beach charter fishing is great all year round. Our warmer waters bring many fish species to the region. Add to this the Chesapeake Bay close by, and you can see why the Virginia Beach coast is one of the best saltwater angling regions in the world.

Fishing is Captain Kevin's passion and "being of service" is his specialty. Providing you, your family and your friends with a safe and enjoyable Virginia Beach or Chesapeake Bay fishing adventure is what he does. To him, a successful day is one that gives everyone special memories of a fun time, as well as bringing a great days’ catch back to the dock!

Captain Kevin understands that everyone has different expectations of what a day of fishing should be. No need to worry if you’re new to the sport of fishing because he loves to teach and he or his crew will gladly give you tips until you get the hang of it. He can’t wait to see the smile on your face when you catch your first fish, especially if you are a kid!

If you’re an "old pro," Captain Kevin will let you get as involved as much you want. He's not the type of guide that won’t let you touch the gear until a fish has been hooked. With him, you’re welcome to roll up your sleeves and fish your way, the way that’s comfortable to you. He wants you to have a good time and engage in the fishing experience to what ever extent you desire. It would be his pleasure to be your charter Captain for an exciting day of fun and fishing in the Chesapeake Bay!

Captain Experiences is the home of over 1500 Damn Good fishing and hunting guides. Our mission is to unlock the outdoors for everyone, and we want to help you get out there through our no-hassle online booking experience and our team of outdoors experts.

We vet our guides to make sure they are the best of the best. We want guides who not only put you on 'em, but show you a great time, keep you safe, and give you a memorable experience with your group.

Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. Just make sure you bring a cash tip for the guide!

In the case of inclement weather, our guides will make the call and we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the full deposit of the trip to be used on any of our trips across the country. Your safety is our top concern.

Each trip’s price is set by the guide and factors in all of their costs. A big determinant of cost is often the type of boat and associated fuel costs, but other guide costs include leases, marina / slip fees, bait costs, and the cost to provide and maintain all of the gear you’ll need on your trip.
