Spend the day with our charters and let them show you what makes the fishing in Gulf Shores so memorable! With Captain Chase at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands. Start times might be impacted by the length of the trip that you select.

These waters are home to Skipjack Tuna, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Redfish, and more if you come at the right time of year.
During the trip, you might be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Captain Chase can also show you kite fishing.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!

You'll find yourself aboard a 35' Henriques saltwater fishing boat with room for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Captain Chase got us our snapper limit in a 4 hour trip. We had to go directly through a pretty good storm (still pretty cool) but came out of it and started catching fish immediately. Great guy, knows his stuff. Definitely recommend by my two teens and their two best friends, my wife and I !!!
