"We are catching Lake Whitney Stripers daily on live gizzard shad in 15-25’ of water on the northern end of the lake. White Bass are schooling early each morning and can be caught using silvers spoons, jigging spoons, or small jugs." -Captain Cory
"Striped Bass are schooling in tight groups off lake points about 25 feet deep in 30-40 feet of water. Bait of choice is 4" live shad. White Bass are chasing shad on the surface late morning in coves and shallow flats on the lake. We are casting 1/8 oz silver spoons and reeling them back in as fast as possible; known as smoking the lure." -Captain Charles
