Sight fishing in the flood tide has been productive. The black drum are starting to show up in the creeks and the bull reds have been in the inlet and bridges.

Fall has arrived & the mullet are running. Cooler temps and lunar related flood tides have the redfish up shallow in the grass. A great sightfishing experience on conventional or fly fishing as the redfish & sheepshead cruise the flats in search of crabs. The mullet run has also kicked off & this is not a time to sleep on active tarpon & snook as they migrate their way south. Inlets & bridges are holding bait & big tarpon.

We had a great time fishing today! The fish bit well, and the weather cooperated for the most part, although we did have to dodge a few thunderstorms and some lightning.
Water temperatures are down to 79°, and you can really start to feel the seasonal change happening. Spanish mackerel are starting to show back up, while the pogies along the beach are beginning to fade away. We caught kingfish, black sea bass, Barracudas, red snapper and more
