The topwater striped bass fishing remains incredibly action-packed. As the bass continue to chase squid and sand eels, we’ve been able to capitalize on some outstanding surface action. Bluefish have also moved into the mix, adding another element of excitement to an already productive fishery.
The smaller bluefin tuna continue to remain elusive, but the giant bluefin have more than made up for their absence. The giants have taken up just about all the time we have available and have definitely filled the gaps left by the smaller fish.
