Had Tom Kelly back again this year with wife Susan, son Dan and buddy Jeremy, got into a nice 3 banger of yellowfin to start the day. Bite was pretty slow after that so we went mahi fishing. Crazy action with a few gaffers, 3 oz chief white tail was the winner today, landing close to 30 mahi. Ended the day with a dozen nice tiles to top out the box

Did a quick inshore trip with Randy Wilder, first pass the big dog was on, with the chatter wing man purple squid bars, made easy work with the 47incher. Had some more bites, on the same lure and called it early.
Capt Vince and Capt Tyler had the Peter Berger crew out today, seas were not ideal but the crew got it done with the UVT jigs in 120 grams.

Capt Vince and Capt Tyler had the Peter Berger crew out today, seas were not ideal but the crew got it done with the UVT jigs in 120 grams.
Had Roger Sanford, longtime striper customer and the boys come out today for a canyon trip. Started out rough losing the first six,with some tackle failure, but the guys got the hang of ir and landed the next four fish to 60lb. Ended the day getting some nice blue and golden tile.

Happy Birthday to long-time customer Joe, who hopped aboard today for his annual birthday charter!
Joe showed everyone how it's done—schooling the boat with his classic old-school bait dragging rig tipped with spearing and squid. He crowned the trip with the biggest Fluke of the day: a beautiful 6 lb, 26-inch doormat! Joe and the crew are heading home with a nice pile of keeper Fluke and Black Sea Bass fillets for a birthday dinner feast.

> We had Steve and Paul out today for a dedicated shark trip. The ocean was absolutely beautiful, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.
> The action started with a big Thresher that rolled on the surface and made the reel scream! Unfortunately, shortly after the run, the main line parted way—clean break, almost like it was cut on something.
> Not long after, bite number two came a-knocking. It took a nice chunk of line but ended up spitting the hook before we could get eyes on it....

> The grand finale was a beautiful Mako. We watched it circle the slick for a while before it finally crashed the short line. We got it boat-side, used the dehooker for a clean, safe release, and watched it swim away strong.

Started our 2026 season this past weekend. Friday was a tough day for us, only landing one fish despite some good readings. Saturday morning was a completely different story. Lock and load fishing all morning with fish being caught on jygprofishing chubbys, swyms, and plugs. Silly silly fishing well over 100 fish up to 28 pounds. We have availability coming up.

Striped bass fishing remains solid. We are seeing average catches of 30-65 fish per trip with a mix of short, keepers, and overs coming into the boat. We hope to get another week or two out of the striper fishing, as there are still plenty of fish to the east of us. We are also blackfishing as well and will continue to target them right up until the New Year before concluding our season.

Bass fishing has been amazing with a ton of slots around. The show the Giant Bluefin have been putting on has been straight out of Nat Geo. We have not been targeting them as the recreation season is still closed.

The ocean was calling, and Andrew and his crew answered, ready to chase their new personal bests. The fluke fishing was on fire, with the guys reeling in one beauty after another. But the real adrenaline rush came when Andrew's rod doubled over—a telltale sign of a true trophy. "This is a good one!" he yelled, and the battle began. Our mate, Rich, was on standby, net in hand, ready for the big moment. After a skillful fight, the prize was landed—a magnificent 7-pound fluke! The cheers and high-fives said it all; Andrew had smashed his personal best and landed...
