We had a great group of 8 this week on two boats (thank you Rapid Fire Roger Kirk) and landed some bucket list fish!!! Trolling some beautiful weed lines Blacks Pearl found Mahi and Tuna while Rapid Fire snagged a Wahoo!! All and all a solid day on the water...

We had a great group of 8 this week on two boats (thank you Rapid Fire Roger Kirk) and landed some bucket list fish!!!
Trolling some beautiful weed lines Blacks Pearl found Mahi and Tuna while Rapid Fire snagged a Wahoo!!
All and all a solid day on the water between windy weeks
We have some April availability and May bookings are coming in. With Mahi season kicking off and Tuna at the humps- this is the time to lock in your trip to make memories!!

The Mahi are showing up!!! Its getting to be that time of year when "The Green Guys" make their way through The Keys!!! If this year's bite is anywhere close to last years, it will be awesome!!! Last year we averaged about 26 inch Mahi. Somedays were better than others...

The Mahi are showing up!!!
Its getting to be that time of year when "The Green Guys" make their way through The Keys!!!
If this year's bite is anywhere close to last years, it will be awesome!!! Last year we averaged about 26 inch Mahi.
Somedays were better than others but we caught fish!!!
The thrill of the hunt and hearing the drag peeling off is what makes it fun!!!
Blackfin Tuna are hanging off the reef in about 250ft of water, which is a hop skip and a jump from land.
The spring currents and winds are pushing the fish to us!! Its only going to get better!!!
And dont forget, along with The Green Guys, Wahoo are around as well!!

Fishing is getting better and better by the day, offshore the sailfish, tunas, kingfish and wahoos are starting to move in and there's still a couple mahis around here and there.
The reef and wrecks had been very active with all kinds of snappers, groupers, mackerels, yellowjacks and more.
The Bay is also a good choice when the ocean waters are a little choppy, back there the Spanish mackerels are very think, some mangrove and lane snappers and a few cobias are staring to show up.
Fishing should keep on getting better as the next few cold fronts move through the keys.
