We had an incredible day on the water! Our guide, Clendon, was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip enjoyable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, kept us on the fish, and worked hard to make sure we had a successful day. We limited out on red , then switched over and caught catfish, which made for an action-packed trip. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and everything was organized and professional.

Clendon was very knowledgeable on the best areas to fish Calaveras lake. We caught 31 catfish. We had a 4 hour booking and he volunteered an extra half hour because the fish were biting so much. Ask him about his proprietary bait called Unicorn Sh!t. Catfish can’t resist. We’ll definitely book again.

Me and Clendon hit off from the beginning with how to tackle this trip, he’s a hard worker a great guy and even better guide, he’s insanely knowledgeable and knows how to put you on the fish and is willing to work with you to meet and exceed your expectations. I will definitely be going out with him again in the future and will recommend him to anyone I personally know and if you’re trying to not just have a great time but actually catch a lot of good fish you need to book with him too
