What a day in South Louisiana!
We had the pleasure of hosting the crew from Ergon Corporate Maintenance for a corporate team-building fishing trip, and this group came ready to have a good time. We put a big crew on the water, covered some ground, shared plenty of laughs, and came back to Campo’s Marina with the tables loaded down with fish!

Fall fishing is fully underway at 2 Rivers! As water temps continue to drop, the smallmouth are feeding heavier every day! The days with high sun have been the most productive and the fish are transitioning to deeper water along with the baitfish as most of the weed beds in the river are letting loose and floating down the rivers. Big streamers continue to work well, especially when fished slower.

Awesome night trip with this couple from South Carolina! We ended up only fishing 5 hours but caught 14 fish for 475 pounds total. Night time trips are the only way to go with this heat wave but makes it tough to get the best
