Yes, the bigger mangrove snapper are inshore and near offshore right now. The redfish and snook have been plentiful and willing to eat live and artificial bait.

Absolute blast with Captain Steve! We went a few miles offshore and fished for Goliath grouper. Caught several in the 30-50 lb range, one 85+ lb, one 185+ lb, and hooked a world class Goliath Grouper but ended up breaking the line on structure! Couldn’t recommend a better guide to go out and land some huge fish. We will definitely head out with Steve again when we come back to town, highly recommend!

We had so much fun with captain joe on our deep sea fishing trip! We have been on a few different deep sea fishing trips but this was by far the best experience we have had! They took us to a couple different spots that were all very successful and we had a blast catching a 200 lb Goliath grouper. Would definitely go with them again!
