February-March Biloxi Mississippi Fishing Report - Fishing into March changes up a bit, but it's still a good bite!!! As the water temp has reached the 70 degree mark, that triggers change. As the moon starts to pull in the warmer water, the sheepshead move offshore, trout start to move out of the rivers and marshes, and the ground mullet and white trout move in on the nearshore oyster reefs along w/ WORLD record black drum on fly!! Live shrimps are hard to come by, but fresh dead will catch!!! We even made a trip out to offshore and played...
