Water temps are in the mid 60s. Buffalo spawn is finishing up but the Carp spawn is on and the gar are staging up from what I've seen.

Both bass and trout fishing have been productive, bass are making their way close to spawning pockets and are staging on wood and points. Trout are biting good for numbers. Bite depends on the current flow each day and changes daily.

Fish are starting to move up into the shallows as the water temperatures are getting warmer with these warmer spring-like days in southwest Missouri. Picture from a recent trip with a client.

Fish are coming on Alabama rigs and minnow rigs. Deep points leading into spawning pockets have been the most productive

3ft to 10ft deep on gravel and channel swings.
