Spring arrives and so do the fish . Awesome trout fishing finally some great snapper and a good steady dose of snook are making for some spectacular fishing. Temps are still comfortable and that adds up to having great times .

We are ending lobster season strong with the season ending March 31. Regular season opens august 6th, so start making some plans for a key west visit. Solid bite of all our reef fish, big muttons and yellow jacks. We are looking forward to the opening of grouper on 1 May. Hog fish and deep dropping also opens 1 May make some plans for that. Offshore Fishing will pick up as the water temperature warms up.

So the bite this week we end up catching a lot of barracuda, taking some younger kids out, which was exciting, and then a really nice mutton snapper

It's been awesome! Super super busy. Lots of tarpon are showing up and biting good. Still a few cobias sticking around. And the permits are starting to show up on the local spots as well!

March madness is in full effect and the fish are happy as can be! When the warm weather rolls in, the fish cooperate with plenty of opportunities to catch tarpon, bonefish, permit, redfish and snook.

Had a great day with Captain Dan and first mate. We pomptly set off and had a fantastic time pulling in a Mahi and half a dozen tuna. The trip was as much as we hoped for…good weather, great crew, and some fish to be cooked at a local restaurant. Highly recommend this charter and will definitely be booking again for some other fishing if/when we make it back to the Keys. Thanks Dan and Pete!

    Trip: Snorkel & Fish Combo

This was honestly one of the most disappointing charters I’ve had. I’ve booked numerous charters all over and in the keys. I realize fishing is fishing but we were greeted by a captain other than Dan, great guy but not what I expected honestly. Our vessel wasn’t prepared and ready to go so we waited longer than was expected and it pushed other plans back even further. We caught one 12.5 inch yellow that was big enough to keep. On other charters the boat is quite well prepared and ready to change course quickly to get you on the fish, not the case, granted it was a shorter booking I’ve still had much better equipped captains and vessels. So to spend the day bobbing for non existent apples was not at all ideal. It was so boring my wife and son chose to nap. So just be aware that if you choose this charter it may not go at all to plan. Sadly it was a waste of precious vacation time. I typically hate reading negative reviews and have never personally left one, but this seemed appropriate given the outcome. Good luck.

Captain Dan and Ryan were fantastic. The ocean was pretty rough that day but they helped us have a great time and pull in quite a few fish. We’ll be back again next year and will definitely look to hire them again!

Great time with Capt. Daniel . Over 25 years of experience and it shows. Good guy that went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed.

We had a great day on the water with Captain Jim. He is incredibly knowledgeable about fishing in the keys. We would definitely rebook a charter with him.
