    Salmon River Steelhead fishing has been pretty steady. Weather has been fairly good for January and those warmer days is when those Steelies are snappin! With this being a LA Nina winter this will bowed well for continued good fishing. Water levels are also in great shape for the rest of the season. Fishing should go well into May this season and we should have a great spring catch also.

    Winter steelhead fishing has started out in oregon. Fish are starting to show in local rivers. Although it's early we have some signs of good things to come. If you want to have a chance at the fish of 1000 casts now is your time to get a date secured.

    We have an ungodly amount of coho salmon in the rivers right now. Brown trout and steelhead are also mixed in, just not in good numbers yet. We're doing a lot of casting and retrieving of hard lures, such as spinners and crank baits. As well as float fishing bobbers and beads to imitate salmon eggs.
