Captain Chris has spent nearly twenty years fishing all over South Florida, from Fort Myers to the Everglades, and has been fishing the Keys for the last ten years . He got his passion from his grandfather, Papa Jack, who brought him up fishing out of Mamaroneck Harbor in New York. Captain Chris is also a Culinary Trained Chef (C.I.A Alumni), and spent many years working on super yachts, traveling all over the Caribbean and East Coast, cooking and fishing along the way.
