The Offshore Slam is a fishing challenge where anglers attempt to catch three or more offshore species consisting of any of the fish listed in the billfish and tuna slams along with dolphinfish(mahi mahi) and wahoo. This slam has the most eligible species which gives anglers the ability to make a strong attempt almost anywhere. This doesn’t make it easy though, all of these pelagic species travel long distances and generally feed in open water so finding three of them in a day will be difficult. You will also need to have enough skill to land three or more of these powerful fish when they bite.
