Ms. Kendra is in charge of scheduling all the trips for this outfit out of Mt. Pleasant. The Captain of this vessel here, Captain Ronnie, has been running guided charter adventures out of the Charleston area for the past 25 years.

Captain Ronnie is a licensed and certified US Coast Guard Maritime Captain and a true Charleston native, born and raised. His grandfather Charles was a professional Charleston inshore and freshwater fishing guide, who became his motivator in learning all aspects of the fishing lifestyle, from live bait to artificials and flies. Captain Ronnie does his research and spends countless hours searching the endless waterways for new fishing spots to ensure our clients have a great day!

Ronnie’s pride and joy are his two boys; his two first mates that adore his fishing passion. Captain Ronnie’s best trait is that he absolutely enjoys sharing and passing down his fishing experience to his clients, friends, and family. The passion Ronnie puts into making sure that everyone has the best charter experience is what makes his trip service a great choice!

About Your Trip

Come fish Charleston's beautiful coastal waters and prepare for an action-packed day of fishing in the South Carolina flats! With so many endless waterways, Charleston makes for great inshore fishing all year long. Mrs. Kendra runs all the scheduling for the outfit and handles most of the communication in the days leading up to the trip.

On this half-day trip, our captains will take you up the river inlets and creeks, to the grass lines and docks, or out to the harbor where you'll be targeting Flounder, Redfish, and Speckled Trout. You'll be sight casting right to where the fish are on light tackle. Whether you're an expert or a beginner, our captains will show you some expert tips to help get one on the line!

We have three 25' SeaPro 248s. These vessel allows up to six anglers to move around the deck with ease, and provides ample seating and a stable and flat casting deck. She boasts a top speed of 50 knots to get you skipping from spot to spot in no time, and comes equipped with everything you will need for the perfect day on the water! This vessel has fantastic shallow water capability, and with a 14” draft that allows it to access areas that most cannot. (We also have a flats boat for fly fishing trips and 3 other center console bay boats ranging from 22-25ft).

We provide all rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing licenses and an ice box to store your catches. He'll even clean any keepers for you to take home. All you need to bring is any food or drinks you might want. Tight lines!

Amazing Shark Fishing Experience!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Captain Experiences, and we cannot say enough good things about Captain Chris and Kendra!

We were originally booked with a different guide the day before our trip, but unfortunately, the guide was a no-show. Captain Experiences immediately stepped in to make the situation right. Kendra personally contacted us, worked quickly to get everything resolved, and booked us with Captain Chris for the following day. They handled the situation professionally and made sure our family still had the experience we had been looking forward to.

And what an experience it was! We had a four-hour shark fishing charter with four kids and two adults, and every single one of us caught sharks! Captain Chris was absolutely fantastic with the kids. He was patient, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and so personable. He kept everyone engaged throughout the entire trip and shared information about Charleston, local history, fishing, and all kinds of interesting random facts that made the experience even more enjoyable.

At one point, we had three fishing poles go off at the same time with a boat full of excited kids—and Captain Chris handled the chaos with complete composure and professionalism. He never once seemed overwhelmed and made sure everyone had a chance to participate and have fun.

The kids had an absolute blast, and honestly, so did the adults. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Charleston, and we are so grateful to Captain Chris for making it such a memorable experience.

A huge thank-you to Kendra and Captain Experiences for taking care of the initial situation and going above and beyond to make it right, and an even bigger thank-you to Captain Chris for giving our family such an amazing day on the water.

We would absolutely book with Captain Chris again the next time we’re in Charleston. If you’re looking for a fun, knowledgeable, patient, and family-friendly captain, we highly recommend him!

We had an awesome time fishing Charleston with Capt. Chris. Chris, Ronnie, and Kendra were super communicative leading up to the trip, and were straight with fishing conditions (high tide, full moon, etc.). We had a tight window and they made it work.

While the fishing was slow, Chris gunned it to a number of spots up the rivers, out to Fort Sumter, and even out to the jetties. He was super outgoing the whole...

Early July 2026

The bite has been 🔥🔥, Capt Ronnie & Capt Chris getting it done in the harbor with lots of bull reddrum catches.

Mid June 2026

We had a fun family outing today, spent 2.5hrs in the harbor fishing for bull reddrum using fresh caught menhaden. Our eldest son only has use of one arm so forgive his way of holding the bull, but he got him to the boat so had to get a photo!
