About Your Trip
Experience some of Louisiana's best offshore and nearshore fishing with Chris and his team out of Grand Isle. Whether you choose a 6, 8, or 10-hour adventure, you'll spend the day exploring productive reefs, wrecks, oil rigs, and open-water structure that hold an incredible variety of Gulf species throughout the year. With additional time on the longer trips, you'll have the opportunity to cover more water, fish multiple locations, and target an even wider range
of species.
Depending on the season and current conditions, you could find yourself battling hard-fighting cobia, king mackerel, amberjack, and barracuda, while also dropping baits for prized bottom fish like red snapper (during season), mangrove snapper, vermilion snapper, lane snapper, sheepshead, black drum, and redfish. Your guide will utilize a variety of proven techniques throughout the day, including bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, and other methods to maximize your opportunities and keep the action going.
Fishing takes place aboard a comfortable 29' Sea Fox center console that's equipped with modern electronics, outriggers, a live bait well, GPS, radar, fishfinder, and everything needed for a safe and productive day offshore. The boat comfortably accommodates up to six anglers, making it an excellent option for families, friends, and small groups looking to experience the rich fishery that has made Grand Isle famous.
Your trip includes rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, drinks, light snacks, lunch, and professional catch cleaning and filleting at the end of the day, so you can simply show up ready to fish. A first mate will be on board to assist throughout the trip, helping with bait, tackle, fish handling, and ensuring everyone has a memorable experience from start to finish.
Families are always welcome, and anglers of all experience levels are encouraged to climb aboard.
