About Your Trip

Step into the river with Tyler and his team for a true hands-on fly fishing experience. These private walk and wade trips put you directly in the water, working upstream through clear runs, riffles, and pools where trophy trout and smallmouth hold.

Whether you’re new to fly fishing or looking to level up your skills, your guide will teach you how to read water, approach fish with stealth, and present flies the right way. You’ll cover productive water on foot, learning techniques like nymphing, dry fly fishing, and streamer presentations along the way.

What You’ll Target

Depending on the season and conditions, you may encounter:
- Rainbow Trout
- Steelhead
- Smallmouth Bass

Each species offers a different challenge, from technical presentations for trout to explosive strikes from smallmouth in moving water.

Gear & Guidance

All fly rods, reels, and flies are provided. Your guide will help with rigging, casting tips, fly selection, and reading the river so you can focus on fishing and improving throughout the day.

What to Bring

Waders or appropriate wet-wading gear, good footwear for slippery rocks, polarized sunglasses, snacks, drinks, and weather-appropriate clothing.

These trips are active, engaging, and ideal for anglers who want a more immersive fishing experience while learning skills that carry over long after the trip ends.
