About Your Trip
Climb aboard with Captain Brian for an unforgettable deep sea adventure tailored to groups of all sizes—whether you're wrangling your fishing crew, planning a corporate outing, or celebrating something special with the whole family. With trips ranging from 6 to 12 hours and room for up to 35 anglers, Captain Brian’s trips are built to deliver maximum action and memories that last. Need even more space? With enough notice, he can coordinate with his dad,
who runs a similar boat in the area.
Captain Brian has spent countless hours exploring these tides, and his knowledge of the local fishery runs deep. Depending on the time of year, you could hook into Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Vermilion Snapper, Red Snapper (in season), King Mackerel, Scamp Grouper, Amberjack, Blue Marlin, and plenty more. Nearshore trips often feature trolling for Kingfish, while the longer offshore runs combine bottom fishing and trolling over deep reefs, wrecks, and ledges. Light and heavy tackle setups are both on hand, and if you're into fly fishing, you’re welcome to bring your gear and test your skills offshore.
Captain Brian runs a fully loaded 58' Aqua Bay Marine walkaround, custom-built for fishing and comfort. Outfitted with top-tier tech like Furuno radar and fishfinder, Simrad GPS, outriggers, and a live bait well, this boat is designed to put you on the fish and keep the action steady. When you need a break, kick back in the air-conditioned cabin (upstairs and downstairs), grab a drink from the fridge, or even fire up the Big Green Egg if you’re looking to grill something fresh. There are two fully enclosed bathrooms, multiple sleeping areas, and a Bluetooth sound system so you can keep the vibes going all day long. The boat is even wheelchair accessible, ensuring that everyone can come along for the ride.
Trips include rods, reels, lures, and bait (live bait is often provided, just ask ahead), as well as fishing licenses for everyone on board. Captain Brian typically runs with 1–3 experienced mates, depending on group size, and they’ll work hard to keep things running smoothly and the lines tight. A 10–20% tip is appreciated to show your thanks for their effort. Fish cleaning and filleting is provided once you're back at the dock, so you can head home with fresh fillets ready to cook.
Planning to bring the kids? They’re absolutely welcome! Just be sure to check on life jacket sizes ahead of time, and bring plenty of snacks to keep them energized. Lunch is included on 10-hour or longer trips—usually a hearty combo of breakfast sausage and burgers. If anyone in your group has dietary needs, just give the captain a heads-up.
To make the most of your trip, pack non-spray sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, a hat, and plenty of bottled water. Moderate alcohol is allowed, but steer clear of hard liquor and glass containers.
