These leases and properties he uses provide you with access to unpressured water, which means fewer to no other fishermen and more aggressive fish! Options like this will be discussed in the days leading up to trip, and as I mentioned, though there may be a small additional rod fee for these sections it is well worth it! Lodging: The Lodge There is a one bedroom apartment (with a full size bed) on the first floor. It has a full kitchen, dining/living room and a full bath. It’s around 800 sq ft. Upstairs is another apartment that has 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a full bath. You can rent either upstairs, downstairs or use the entire space depending on your needs and availability. The lodge was designed so that we can back the boat into the shop portion, pull the fish out of the fish boxes, and clean them at our fish cleaning station located inside. This way the fish stay cool even in hot weather. If you’re staying at the lodge you can grab a bite to eat or take a nap while we do the work.
