Captain Reid grew up in Destin Florida fishing recreationally along the Gulf of Mexico. His dream was always to work on the water, so after serving our country in the Navy, and then attending college, Captain Reid moved back to Destin Florida to make his dream come true.
After many successful years charter fishing on behalf of others, Captain Reid purchased his own vessel, in 2015, and has offered fantastic charter fishing days to remember out of Destin Florida ever since!
If you’re looking for a memorable fishing experience in Destin, Florida, Captain Reid will lead the way! Captain Reid has 18+ years of experience fishing the waters surrounding Destin and 6+ as a guide. He’s known to reel in some pretty big fish! On these 6, 8, 10, and 12-hour trips, expect to target a variety of inshore and offshore species, as well as bottom-dwelling reef fish such as Red Snapper and Vermilion Snapper. There is also Gag Grouper, Black Grouper, and Goliath Grouper, Amberjack, Jack Crevalle, Cobia, and King Mackerel. The farther you go, the bigger the fish get! If you select the 10-or 12-hour trip, you’ll be able to target massive Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo, and Mahi Mahi. You’ll be fishing aboard a 46-foot sportfisher equipped with two 375 HP engines. This vessel also has a fishfinder, GPS, air conditioning, live bait well, kitchen, refrigerator, multimedia system, outriggers, and an ice box. She can accommodate 6 anglers.
