Captain Kyle is very fortunate to have learned from the very best back when he was a deckhand. He learned the meaning of “Old School” from Captain Tommy Klostermann, and who taught him the “book” on fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Head further offshore to explore the Destin's prolific Gulf waters anywhere from 18-20 miles offshore! These 6 hour trips give Captain Kyle more time to implement a couple different techniques to catch different pools of species. Trolling these offshore waters can solicit a Mahi, Wahoo, Mackerel, or even a Tuna bite, while bottom fishing Captain Kyle's favorite reefs and offshore structure opens the door to a plethora of species like Grouper, Snapper, and Big Jacks. Five of us did the 8 hour trolling and bottom fishing. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and we caught a barrel of fish including vermilion snapper, triggerfish, grouper and an Atlantic bluefish. We caught and released several out of season fish as well. Captian Kyle and Mate Danny are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the trip an outstanding one. Highly Recommend!! Great experience for us with Captain and Mate Danny. They got us on fish the whole trip and there was never a time when one of our group wasn’t yelling fish on and sometimes with multiple fish on. Mate Danny was a legit machine preparing the rugs, removing fish and baiting hooks. Our fishing group of 3 was able to have a great Fish Taco Tuesday with our house group of 16 with all the fillets that they prepared for us. A fantastic experience for my teenage boys and myself. This crew left an everlasting experience with our family. And the fish tacos I prepared were almost as close to legendary as the fishing trip. FISH ON! …

Great trip, Kyle and Danny worked full time plus to get us on fish and get those fish into the boat. We limited out on red snapper and caught several other fish as well. Overall a good day of fishing , next time we will make it a longer trip hoping to find the bigger fish by getting out further and finding the more isolated spots holding some biggies.
