Scotty is a WA State native who has been fishing the rivers and streams of Washington State for over 30 years.
As an "addicted" sport fisherman he has spent countless hours both professionally and recreationally on the water learning/perfecting his craft.
A large portion of his time was spent fishing from the banks of rivers there in Washington. Over the years of catching his fill of Salmon, Steelhead, and Sturgeon, the sport has somewhat changed for Scotty...
