Captain Chris runs fantastic family-friendly nearshore fishing charters out of beautiful Destin, Florida.

His Saltwater Fishing Charter originated in Cincinnati, Ohio (hence the name!) when Captain Chris' father took him out for a day of fishing. A young Captain Chris caught his first Largemouth Bass and he was hooked!

Fast forward over the years (and many bass later) and Captain Chris now owns and operates Saltwater Fishing Charter to share his passions with others across all ages and backgrounds.

About Your Trip

Hop on board with Captain Chris and explore the waters surrounding Destin, Florida!

Captain Chris will help you target a variety of species on this 8-hour offshore adventure, including Red Snapper, Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Amberjack, Triggerfish, Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Wahoo, and even sharks.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 24ft Center Console with two 250 HP engines and enough seating to accommodate up to 6 passengers comfortably. She can fish 4 people at one time and has a restroom.

Captain Chris recommends that you arrive at the East Pass Marina no later than 5 minutes before your departure time. You can bring a cooler with food and/or drinks. Adult beverages in moderation. Captain Chris will provide all rods, reels, tackle, and licenses.
