Using proven trolling techniques with electric downriggers, planer boards, temperature monitoring systems, and modern electronics, the crew works to locate active fish while giving guests the chance to learn the strategies behind one of the Northeast's most productive salmon and trout fisheries.
Your trip takes place aboard a spacious 33-foot Egg Harbor, offering plenty of room for up to six guests to fish comfortably throughout the day. Unlike many fishing boats, this vessel was built with comfort in mind, featuring air conditioning, a full stand-up restroom, comfortable seating, modern electronics, Bluetooth connectivity, and an iced cooler ready for your refreshments. Whether you're escaping the summer heat between bites or relaxing during a run to the next area, you'll appreciate the extra comfort that comes with fishing aboard one of the largest charter boats on Lake Champlain.
All rods, reels, tackle, lures, and fishing equipment are provided, so you only need to bring a medium-sized cooler with your food and drinks, soft-soled shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and a valid Vermont or New York fishing license. Once the trip is over, the crew will clean and fillet your catch at no additional charge, allowing you to head home with fresh fish ready for the table without worrying about the cleanup.
