Captain Cary is the owner and operator and serves as the Director of Fisheries Policy for the Washington State Guide Association (WSGA). With more than 15 years of experience on Washington's waters, Cary has built a reputation for providing safe, professional, and successful fishing experiences while advocating for the future of recreational fishing throughout the state.

As a charter captain and fisheries advocate, Cary works closely with anglers, guides, state agencies, tribal governments, and elected officials to help shape policies that preserve fishing opportunity, protect public access, and ensure sustainable fisheries for future generations. His involvement in fisheries management discussions has made him a respected voice within Washington's recreational fishing community.

Cary specializes in Puget Sound salmon, steelhead, and Westport halibut fisheries, sharing his passion for the outdoors with anglers of all experience levels. Whether guiding clients on the water or representing recreational anglers in policy discussions, his focus remains the same: creating and protecting meaningful opportunities for people to enjoy Washington's incredible fisheries.
