David has spent years mastering Grenada Lake, and his reputation on these waters speaks for itself. A lifelong fisherman with deep roots in Mississippi, David brings the kind of local knowledge that only comes from countless hours on the water through every season and condition the lake has to offer. What sets him apart isn't just his ability to find fish, it's the atmosphere he creates on the boat. David runs a relaxed, welcoming trip where laughter comes easy and nobody takes themselves too seriously. Whether you're a seasoned angler or brand new to crappie fishing, you'll feel right at home from the moment you step aboard.

David was such a pleasure to be with and he made my grandson so very comfortable learning to fish for the first time. Not to mention we caught all that we were allowed and just had a great time. David is very pleasant and a joy to be around which made the trip even that much better.

I had an absolutely amazing trip with Captain David! He is incredibly experienced and knows the water like the back of his hand. Watching him use the sonar to pinpoint the fish and drop the bait perfectly right in front of the crappie’s nose was mind-blowing. It honestly felt more like precision hunting than traditional fishing!
Beyond his top-notch skills, Captain David is a genuinely great guy who went above and beyond to help me out. Knowing I had a flight to catch and needed to check my meat as luggage, he kindly froze water bottles and ice packs at his house for me in advance to ensure my catch would stay perfectly frozen for the flight back.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this trip. If you are looking for a highly skilled guide who truly cares about his clients, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!
